To preserve the natural fibers, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild wool detergent. Lay flat to dry on a towel, avoiding direct sunlight or heat sources.
What is your shipping policy for domestic and international orders?
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition 'drop' items may be final sale.
How can I ensure I get the right size for my child?
Our garments generally run true to size, but since they are hand-knitted, slight variations can occur. We provide a detailed size guide on each product page to help you find the perfect fit.
Are your dyes and materials sustainable?
Absolutely. We use low-impact, RWS-certified wool and organic cotton. Our dyes are non-toxic and our production process focuses on ethical hand-craftsmanship by artisans in Peru.
