We want you to love your Misha & Puff pieces for years to come, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and sale items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and spare buttons are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our studio inspects the goods.
